Important changes on our forum

We've performed some important changes on our forum.

Last
time many new forums have been added and using of the forum became too
hard. Now, all forums separated by native categories: Components &
Controls, Site Scripts, Development Scripts and Utilities. Also, for
some forums the "HOW TO"s threads were re-placed and moved to "inner" sections. We
hope these changes will make our forum more
